Family environments, financial strain, and old friendships are among the most powerful relapse triggers for individuals in early recovery. The CRF’s Live Better Housing Scholarship provides a stable and supportive alternative for those who lack safe housing or understand that returning home would put their sobriety at risk.
PURPOSE:

Provide individuals completing residential treatment, prison, or detox with the opportunity to move into safe, supportive sober living rather than returning to the environments that contributed to their addiction.

Offer short-term housing scholarships that reduce financial stress and give participants time to secure meaningful employment—work that supports both their recovery and their sense of purpose.

Create a living environment surrounded by peers who share a commitment to recovery, far removed from the social networks and triggers that once fueled substance use.
The Circle Road Foundation partners with licensed structured living providers that offer healthy, secure, and supportive environments focused on sustainable recovery. Through an application process, individuals can apply for a housing scholarship that requires active participation in treatment, employment, and other health and wellness practices.
